入居のお申込みからご入居までには、早くても1週間ほどお時間を頂戴しております。
また、お申込みから家賃発生日までの期間を最長で1ヶ月と考えると、1ヶ月前にはお部屋探しを開始されるのがよろしいかと存じます。

お申込み→入居審査→契約書の取り交わし→契約金ご入金・必要書類の提出→鍵のお渡し・ご入居、となります。

本人確認書類（運転免許証、健康保険証、マイナンバーカード　外国籍の場合：パスポート、在留カード等）が必要になります。

気になる物件がございましたら、弊社スタッフが同行し、現地までご案内させていただくことが可能です。また、現地での待ち合わせもご対応させていただきますので、お気軽にご連絡ください。

申込みをいただきました際には、弊社、貸主、保証会社にて入居審査を実施いたします。承認が得られました場合には、当社の担当者が契約書類の作成や物件の入居前チェックなどの業務を行った後、契約金のお支払い及び賃貸借契約書類の取交しを行い、その後ご入居いただく流れとなります。したがいまして、申込みからご入居までにはおおよそ2週間程度のお時間を頂戴することになります。

入居審査は、①保証会社、②管理会社(不動産会社)、③貸主がそれぞれ定められた基準に従い審査を行いまして、全ての承認を得る事で、ご契約手続きが可能になります。

The process is as follows: application → tenant screening → contract signing → deposit payment and submission of necessary documents → handover of keys and move-in.

You will need identification documents (passport, residence card, etc. for foreign nationals).

Once we receive your application, our company, the landlord, and the guarantor company will conduct a tenancy screening. If your application is approved, our staff will prepare the contract documents and carry out pre-occupancy inspections of the property, after which you will pay the down payment and exchange the lease agreement documents, and then you will be able to move in. Therefore, it will take approximately two weeks from application to moving in.

The tenant screening is carried out by ① the guarantor company, ② the management company (real estate company), and ③ the landlord according to their respective set standards, and once all approvals are obtained, the contract procedures can be carried out.
